Q: Do you sell your caramel for corporate gifts?

A: Yes we do. Please give us a call at 979-830-5330 or you can email us at info@thecaramelcandycompany.com

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: We ship all orders going to Texas on Monday-Wednesday. Normally it will arrive in one day. All out of state orders are shipped on Monday-Tuesday to assure delivery by Friday. We use Fedex ground. If you want us to ship to a P.O. Box we will but cannot guarantee the condition of the caramel upon arrival.

 

Q: Where are the caramels manufactured?

A: All of our gourmet handmade caramels are made in CHAPPELL HILL, Texas.

 

Q: Is refrigeration necessary?

A: No. In hot weather shipping months the caramel may arrive softer than normal. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours or you can enjoy it soft.

 

Q: Can I return the caramels I ordered online?

A: Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, but you need to do so before the product has shipped. Once the product leaves the factory cancellations are not accepted.  Note: We reserve the right to substitute different size and style tins if the original  gold tin is not available.

 

Q: What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

A: This is a rare occurrence but if you caramel is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can contact the carrier.
