SHIPPING POLICY

We use FEDEX GROUND on most shipments. Please be advised if you have a PO Box  we cannot guarantee or be responsible for the condition of the caramel when it arrives due to the treatment by the USPS. We do everything we can to protect the product so it arrives in its original condition but cannot be responsible for the lack of care it may receive during shipment. If you do receive a shipment that has been damaged please contact us immediately at 979-830-5330 so we can correct the problem.
All orders going to any Texas location normally ship Monday-Thursday and will arrive in 1-2 business days. All out of state orders ship on Monday-Tuesday and will arrive in 2-4 business days depending on the state. We do accept orders to Hawaii and they do go USPS, with transit time approximately 4-5 days.
If we are out of a product you ordered, you will be notified by email or phone and have the option to cancel or wait for the next fresh batch to be completed.

Please be advised that FEDEX has permission to leave packages at the shipping address provided if no one is there to sign for it. Please ensure the address is correct to avoid delays or returns due to address errors. If you have a unit or apartment number Please don’t forget to provide it.
The Caramel Candy Company is not responsible for delayed or returned deliveries due to incorrect addresses, or for stolen, missing or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

Weather conditions dictate appropriate packaging. We try to ensure your candy arrives in the best possible condition so all orders shipped during the summer months will arrive with ice packs.  

PEAK SEASON SHIPPING

Due to the volume of orders during peak season, we sometimes sell out, if that occurs, your order will be shipped as soon as the next fresh batch is ready.
